This set of 7 DVDs is the first in the Upanishad series, containing discourses by Swami Sandeepananda Giri. Kathopanishad forms part of the Krishna Yajur Veda and is in the form of a dialogue between the boy, Nachiketa, the intelligent seeker and Lord Yama himself, who reveals the Timeless Truth to him. Kathopanishad bears the closest relation to the Bhagavad Gita.
